To that end we take care to understand our customers’ needs correctly in order to exceed their expectations, and we use their feedback to improve our business processes.

While managing our processes effectively, we review our performance indicators regularly in order to increase the efficiency of our business processes and continuously improve quality. By addressing possible risks proactively with a risk-based thinking approach, we minimise the factors that could affect our product quality and customer satisfaction, and at the same time aim to evaluate the opportunities in the sector.

Applying continuous development and improvement in all units; accepting customer satisfaction as the first objective; offering products and services that comply with legal and regulatory requirements; fulfilling applicable conditions; meeting the requirements of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Standard and continuously improving its effectiveness — this is our “Quality Policy”.
